This role involves providing expert support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform systems, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, end users, and the CRM supplier to optimize system performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Manage system releases, enhancements, and bug fixes.
