We’re currently seeking an experienced Full-Time London-based Senior Interior Designer to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and meet the following criteria, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a UK-focused, high-end residential Senior Interior Design role, managing both projects and teams.
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
- A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a collaborative outlook.
- Proven project management skills:
- Leading site visits and team meetings.
- Taking accurate minutes and notes.
- Liaising confidently with professional teams on programme and delivery.
- Identifying critical path items and managing long-lead times.
- Ensuring client sign-off before any changes are made.
- Problem-solving on site alongside contractors.
- Training new team members and highlighting development needs.
- Delegating tasks clearly and checking in regularly on progress.
- Overseeing timelines and team output across multiple workstreams.
Team Culture & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Directors and fellow Senior Designers to foster a supportive and inspiring studio culture.
- Full-Time office based role with site visits.
- Contribute to streamlining studio processes and supporting the overall vision of the brand.
- Represent Hamilford Design at industry events and support with business development.
