Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and inspiring your team to ensure a fun, productive, and customer-focused environment. Maximising salesand ensuring your team performs across all key KPIs. Managing store operations, including recruitment,stock management, and compliance with health and safety. Taking on the role ofDuty Managerin the absence of theStore Manager. Being hands-on, driving the stores success by leading from the front. We provideindustry-leading trainingand support, equipping you with everything you need to deliver exceptional customer service and help us become theBest Pet Care Business in the World. Who are we looking for? You have at least1 years management experiencein aretail environment. Passionate aboutretailwith a proven track record of delivering excellent results and maintaining high standards. Flexible to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays. A strongteam playerwith exceptional communication skills, able to engage and motivate your team. Ready to undertake6 months of comprehensive training, covering everything fromcustomer serviceandhealth & safetytopet care.
