Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner

Blossoms on theLane is currently recruiting a number of Early years Practitioners for our BRAND NEW nursery in Rushall. ( You must hold a level 2 or 3 in Early Years not health and social ) The Nursery offers high quality full day care for children aged 0 to 5 years. Open 7.00am-6.00pm 51 weeks of the year. The nursery will be heavily supported by the curiosity approach to learning, with an emphasis on the natural world and what we can learn from the world around us. The role will be room based, working with a key group of children. The job is for 40 hours a week, across 5 days, with the occasional over time. You must be: * Confident and a self – starter with the ability to successfully work within a team to achieve the best outcome for children. * Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Ofsted requirements, having achieved good/outstanding Ofsted results. * You will have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work well in a team environment * You will have outstanding customer service skills with a focus on setting your nursery apart from other local settings by providing exceptional services in all aspects of the business. * You will be committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of the nursery and able to implement change when required.
