The Role

They are looking for a skilled Landscaper & Gardener to join their dedicated team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks, from landscaping projects to general gardening duties. You'll work on a diverse range of client sites, playing a vital role in delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute landscaping projects as directed by the project manager
  • Carry out a variety of gardening tasks including planting, pruning, lawn care, and maintenance
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship across all jobs
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to deadlines
  • Keep the work environment clean, safe, and organised
  • Engage in training and development to expand your landscaping and horticultural skills
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients
  • Drive company vehicles and transport tools/materials to site

The Ideal Candidate:

You’ll be an experienced and confident landscaper or gardener with a proactive attitude and a love for working outdoors. You’re just as comfortable working independently as you are as part of a close-knit team.

About you:

  • Minimum 3–4 years' experience in landscaping and/or gardening
  • Able to confidently lead a job or work solo
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care
  • Familiar with safe working practices and tools use
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for van use)
  • Aged 25 or over (for insurance purposes)
  • Able to commute to Northallerton (DL6 3JS) daily
