Start: June 2025
Hands-on experience at the centre of a feel-good snack scale-up brand! Unlimited supply of snacks (of course).
Looking to break into the world of social media and content creation? This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK’s most exciting snack brands, get hands-on experience with real creative freedom, and be part of building something bold, fun and full of flavour.
We’re OLLY’S - the team behind the olives and pretzel thins you’ve seen on shelves, in the skies, and all over social media. We’re all about snacks with serious personality - and we’re growing fast.
We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to join us for 3 months this summer. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager, contribute to big ideas, help run our TikTok and Instagram, and get stuck into creative campaigns across the brand. You'll also get the chance to be on camera, film content in the wild, and even help shape our newsletter and community voice.
What you’ll be doing:
- TikTok content creation - shooting, editing, posting and reporting on your content
- Being on camera - confident featuring in content and bringing energy to the brand
- Filming in public - Brick Lane, snack shelves, events, wherever the content calls
- Community management - replying to comments and messages, engaging with influencers and fans
- Email marketing - helping to create and send our monthly newsletter
- Creative planning - joining brainstorms for our summer campaigns and content strategy
- Learning the ropes - TikTok advertising, TikTok Shop, CapCut/Adobe tools (we’ll teach you)
What we’re looking for:
- A TikTok nut - you're already posting, scrolling, and trendspotting for fun
- Confident on camera and happy filming solo or in public
- You understand the importance of brand tone of voice and consistency
- You’re curious, proactive and full of ideas
- Based in London - 2 days a week with us at our office on Brick Lane
- Ideally, some basic experience with video editing (CapCut, Adobe, etc.) - but not essential
Why this internship is different:
We’re not a big corporate beast. We’re a small team with huge ambition and energy. You’ll have creative freedom to pitch and run with your ideas, get stuck into real work from day one, and be part of exciting activations this summer. You’ll learn fast, have fun, and get a proper behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to build a brand on social.
Sound like your kind of thing? Apply via LinkedIn or drop us a message with your CV, links to your socials and a short note about why you’d be a perfect fit. Let’s make snacking more feel good, one TikTok at a time.
