We are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organisation seeking a dynamic Regulatory Change Project Manager to join their transformation programme team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex regulatory change and remediation programmes across business units
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and governance standards
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and IT
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure lessons learned are documented and applied
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in project management within the financial services or other highly regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, change delivery, and risk-based approaches
- Experience managing end-to-end remediation projects and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in agile, hybrid, and traditional project delivery environments
- Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile (desirable)
