We are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s biggest and most loved retailers in their search for a Media Sales specialist as they expand their reach and ambition. This role is to join at the start of an amazing period of transformation. This is a 12 month FTC, primarily remote with occasional travel to northern offices - details to be discussed on initial phone call.
The successful candidate will work with various suppliers to promote and sell media advertising across our client's various channels, including but not limited to paid, print and owned. The role will suit a commercially minded media expert who enjoys managing advertising income and driving media investment.
- Manage supplier calls and answer queries
- Take ownership of media bookings and provide booking support for suppliers
- Deliver media income aligned to targets and plans for specific categories
- Partner with colleagues in Trading and Marketing to ensure campaigns are activated on time and in budget
- Ensure client campaign details are correct and supplied to relevant teams for launches
- Create briefing documentation for the internal campaign delivery teams
- Analyse and report on supplier activity
The Person
- Proven experience building fruitful relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- A background in media sales – agency or in-house
- Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at one time
