Building Surveyor – Diagnostics needed in Islington, £32ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1280392

  • The ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action.
  • A surveying or construction related qualification (not essential).
  • Organised and proactive – able to manage their own calendar and caseload.
  • Social Housing surveying experience (not essential).
  • Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates.
  • A good understanding of damp, mould and condensation.
