EQUANS is looking for a Mobile Building Engineer to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
- Perform general cleaning, rubbish removal, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and maintain internal and external building fabric as required.
- Conduct routine checks on plant and equipment.
- Address internal issues such as blocked drains, toilets, minor spillages, and replace light bulbs and lamps.
- Undertake duties in line with PPM maintenance schedules.
- Work confidently at heights.
- Assist trades and complete tasks outside your core skills with proper training.
- Use PDA devices following company procedures and policies.

This role requires passing a CTC clearance check.
