Job brief: As a Chef De Partie (CDP) you are responsible supporting the Head and Sous Chef in the kitchen, delivering consistently high-quality food and implementing food safety procedures. Chef de Partie Duties and Responsibilities: Daily food preparation and duties as assigned by the Head/Sous Chef Estimate daily production needs Check quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that FHGC standards are met. Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
