Maintenance Person – Holiday Park Lancaster Negotiable Salary 40 hours per week We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join a team of 4 at a holiday park in Lancaster. This role includes all aspects of maintenance to ensure the park exceeds guests expectations and is always kept in good condition. * General Maintenance: This includes tasks like plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and basic repairs on structures and equipment. * Caravan/Lodge Maintenance: Repairing and maintaining caravans and lodges, including plumbing, electrical, and structural issues. * Groundskeeping: Maintaining lawns, gardens, and other green spaces, potentially including using machinery and tools. * Facilities Maintenance: Ensuring facilities like restrooms, showers, and common areas are clean and functional. * Safety: Ensuring the park is safe for guests and staff, which may include maintaining safety equipment and addressing potential hazards. * Customer Service: Responding to guest requests or concerns related to maintenance, and potentially assisting with basic repairs on site. * Record Keeping: Maintaining logs of maintenance tasks and repairs, and ordering necessary supplies
