We are seeking an Interim Fire Safety Manager to join our Compliance Safety Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual from a Fire Safety background to join an industry leading team in ensuring our tenants' properties are safe places they are proud to call home.

Role Profile

  • Manage FRA programmes, ensuring plans are in place to meet compliance.
  • Ensure that resulting fire remedial actions are managed, assigned within the business and completed to timescales.
  • Manage the fire safety servicing contracts, ensuring the regulatory compliance is met and maintained.
  • Ensure contracts are procured and managed to provide excellent customer service, dealing with or escalating performance issues where necessary.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practice.
  • Manage day to day contract works on site, pre and post inspecting and advising where necessary.
  • Work with colleagues across the business to aid access for compliance inspections, signposting any vulnerability or safeguarding issues.
  • Have an excellent understanding of Fire Safety and Building regulations alongside preparing specifications, designs, contract and tender documentation to procure works and services.
  • Ensure that resident consultation is carried out where required and our residents are kept fully informed of works planned and happening within their homes.
