Interaction is recruiting for a Document Controller for our client based in Northampton. Working for a company that designs, supplies and installs all types of Roofing and Cladding systems.
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing documents for projects that are being carried out, booking deliveries, logging design drawings onto systems, managing certificates and cards as well as general administration.
Responsibilities:- Manage the intake, handling, and storage of documentation.
- Develop and implement processes for document control.
- Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
- Regularly review and update documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure all documents are accounted for and in the appropriate location.
- Monitor regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and document management laws.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Full Clean driving licence, CSCS Card.
