This is a rare opportunity to play a key leadership role at the intersection of fashion innovation, production excellence, and ethical sourcing. You’ll oversee the entire end-to-end production process — from initial patterns and grading through to factory liaison and final delivery — ensuring flawless execution at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee flawless construction: Ensure all product patterns, grading, and technical construction align with premium standards.
• Lead production processes: Create and manage production schedules, streamline workflows, and apply cost-effective strategies.
• Critical path management: Plan and coordinate order placement, allocation, and capacity planning — all aligned with retail timelines and vendor lead times.
• Team leadership: Define strategic production goals, identify efficiency gaps, and implement improvements to maximise operational success.
• On-time delivery: Implement robust quality-control measures and adjust schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Supplier communication: Manage raw material call-offs to meet both quality and delivery standards.
• Compliance and transparency: Ensure all deliveries meet customs and legal requirements, including International Customs and CITES legislation.
• Seasonal fit approvals: Lead seasonal fit meetings, approve gold seal samples, and drive technical consistency across the range.
• Data and reporting: Lead supplier manual maintenance, produce seasonal pricing reports, and provide analytical insights in partnership with the Finance Director.
