We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Lawyer with a can do approach to provide legal advice and support on all aspects of special educational needs, to include but not limited to decision making, policy and procedure. This is a remote role, working Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.00 each day.
You will need:
- To have good technical knowledge
- Experience in special educational needs and be able to manage a varied caseload of SEND Tribunal appeals, including advocacy in case management hearings and final hearings in the First Tier SEND Tribunal, with minimum supervision.
- To be organised and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision while still being a valuable team player
- Excellent communication skills to enable strong relationships with clients
