Your new role

In this role you will lead their end-to-end Supply Chain, supporting a team of 8 who are tasked with optimising Purchasing, Demand Forecasting and Inventory, Logistics and Distribution. You will bring strategic leadership to identify opportunities and objectives, and then drive ongoing refinements to systems and processes that will enable short and long-term objectives to be met.

  • Experience in a similar end-to-end role
  • Able to support and develop a team
  • Able to demonstrate successes in effective supplier relationship management and cost control
  • Management of logistics spend
  • Oversight regarding import/export documentation
  • Optimising and automating processes that deliver high levels of service (experience supplying major retailers and working collaboratively to improve demand forecasting is a definite advantage)
