Position: Campaign Manager (Braze or Bloomreach)

Type: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

Duration: 3 months with possible extension

Location: London

We are seeking a skilled campaign manager/executive to join a Digital Marketing Consultancy on an interim basis. The role involves supporting major client CRM projects using Bloomreach Engage and Braze platforms.

The successful candidate will manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, assist with campaign migration planning, and deliver training sessions on campaign management tools.

Role Overview: As a key member of the Campaign Management Team, your main goal will be to help clients acquire, nurture, and retain customers through strategic customer journey planning, optimized campaigns, and insightful customer analysis.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to segment data, identify target audiences, implement customer journeys with various tools, conduct quality assurance on campaigns, and generate reports using analytics tools. Attention to detail and multitasking skills are essential.

Desired Skills:

• Practical experience with Braze or Bloomreach Engage (formerly Exponea Marketing Cloud)
• Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel campaign journeys and interpret campaign briefs effectively
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, especially in email, SMS, and push notifications

Additional Preferences:

• Experience with tools like Adobe Target, Litmus, Google Analytics, Taxi, Moveable Ink (not essential)
