Your Role:
πΉ Build and expand your network of top-tier candidates & clients (ERP, Data, or CRM markets)
πΉ Develop new business through high-volume outreach & cold calling
πΉ Sign on new clients and build long-lasting relationships
πΉ Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract placements
πΉ Negotiate offers & close deals between candidates and clients
What Weβre Looking For:
β 12+ months of 360 recruitment experience (Technology sector: Cloud, Data, SAP & CRM)
β Proven track record in Business Development & Account Management
β Experience in building and managing a Contract OR Perm book of business
β A highly driven and results-focused mindset
