Learning & Development Advisor – Cardiff Permanent, full time (hybrid work available – 80% office based) Salary – £23,500 – 30,000 depending on experience Are you an organised and motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional learning solutions for our business and its employees? Do you have a keen interest in learning and development and a desire to develop your own career further with us? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as an L&D Advisor As our Learning & Development Advisor, you will be part of a vital team taking ownership of all non-operational and operational L&D and Training needs across our business.You will be working in close partnership with senior business leaders and L&D Manager to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions for the business across all stages of the employee learning cycle and encourage high performance. In particular, this role will focus on the development and implementation of learning interventions within technical systems, processes, compliance and regulation, and successfully implementing the learning in accordance with the varying needs of our internal functions and departments.
