Learning & Development Advisor – Cardiff Permanent, full time (hybrid work available – 80% office based) Salary – £23,500 – 30,000 depending on experience Are you an organised and motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional learning solutions for our business and its employees? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as an L&D Advisor As our Learning & Development Advisor, you will be part of a vital team taking ownership of all non-operational and operational L&D and Training needs across our business.You will be working in close partnership with senior business leaders and L&D Manager to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions for the business across all stages of the employee learning cycle and encourage high performance.
