Jobstore are looking for Hygiene Operatives for one of our busy clients in Winsford. You will be working on a rota of 4 days on 4 days off. We have both day and night shifts available.
Days will be 6.00am - 18.00pm with a pay rate of £12.21. Nights will be 18.00pm - 6.00am with a pay rate of £12.80.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Maintaining and managing the cleaning of the production area after production has finished, cleaning equipment, machines and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Daily cleaning tasks across food manufacturing areas, equipment, and machinery to meet food hygiene standards.
- Maintaining a safe and professional approach while working on-site.
- Ensuring all allocated tasks are completed to the correct frequency & a high standard.
- Complying with all documentation and systems relevant to your position within the company, e.g. ensuring hygiene cleaning sign-off records are fully & correctly completed.
- Ensuring all the required documentation is fully and correctly completed.
- Complying with all reasonable requests from Supervisors/Managers.
- Complying with all client rules, regulations and policies.
- Carrying out your tasks as per the specification.
- Reporting any incomplete work to the supervisor, together with the reason.
As a Hygiene Operative, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the organisation. Reporting to the Hygiene Supervisor, your role focuses on ensuring that all areas meet health and safety regulations. You will utilise your relevant skills with hand tools, construction, and power tools to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
