We are looking for a pro-active and passionate Marketing Manager to take this recruitment business to the next level!
My client is a highly collaborative and principled recruitment company within the healthcare space – recruiting across permanent and freelance at all levels.
We are looking for a B2B Marketing specialist to strategize and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels in order to build brand awareness and generate leads for the consultants.
This is a super flexible hybrid role – London HQ.
We are open to full-time or part-time candidate applications.
The Role
- Ownership of all company level organic social media activity.
- Lead on in-person events appropriate for the various target markets.
- Elevate the brand so they are positioned in a more senior market, to aid their push in the executive search and interim space.
- Create marketing collateral to help Consultants with new business activity.
- Provide expertise around SEO, google advertising, and data capture.
- Email marketing strategy and delivery.
- Plan video content, thought leadership, industry news at company and consultant level.
The Person
- Ideally at least 3 years within a B2B marketing role (recruitment or professional services preferred but not essential).
- Tech savvy, ideally with experience with LinkedIn, Hubspot, PowerPoint, Canva.
- Proactive and can drive the marketing & sales agenda across the business.
- A creative eye, able to take our brand guidelines and create unique templates and content.
- Collaborative and innovative.
