Major Recruitment are pleased to be working with a leading international automotive business with large premises in Baildon/ Shipley area, who are seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance driver to join the team on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities of FLT Driver: * Operate Counterbalance FLT in a factory setting * Load and unload containers * Store and count stock within the warehouse * Pick parts as required * Perform manual handling tasks * Adhere to health and safety guidelines * Follow manufacturing processes and plans * Handle potentially heavy items safely Requirements: * Previous experience driving an FLT Counterbalance truck * Valid FLT Counterbalance truck license * Ability to perform manual handling safely * Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors * Strong work ethic * Effective time management skills * Good written and verbal communication skills Shifts: Weekly alternating.
