Our client is a Prestige dealership, currently seeking an experienced Service Team Leader to join their team.
You will focus on delivering a high level of brand experience to customers, committed to making a difference, and seeking long-term career progression.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all service telephone and walk-in inquiries.
- Greet customers, qualify, and identify their needs for vehicle drop-off.
- Keep customers updated throughout the day.
- Discuss and upsell additional work to customers.
- Advise and forward diarized unsold work.
- Conduct inspections as necessary prior to handover to the customer.
About You:
- Experience as a Service Advisor or Service Team Leader in a main dealership.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach.
