Location: Farringdon (hybrid working, 2 days in office and 3 days at home)

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage staff rosters, ensuring the right healthcare professionals are assigned shifts that meet clinical needs.
- Manage and oversee clinical workflows, ensuring proper communication between healthcare professionals, patients, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate patient care cases, ensuring all necessary procedures, follow-ups, and documentation are properly managed.
- Utilise technology platforms including Microsoft Dynamics, Planday, and the full Microsoft Office Suite to support operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports using Microsoft platforms for clinical engagements, case handling, and staffing requirements.
- Engage with clinical staff and recruitment teams over the phone and via email, managing queries and troubleshooting issues professionally.
- Work effectively in a high-pressure environment, solving problems quickly and accurately to minimise disruptions to clinical operations.
