Immediate start - This 6 month contract will be office based in Norwich. We are seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller / FD to join our team during a critical period of business transition and growth. This hands-on role is key to ensuring financial stability and clarity across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Proactively manage cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting to ensure business continuity and financial health.
- Provide strategic support to the Senior Management Team (SMT) on financial matters, including evaluating contracts, business cases, and investment decisions.
- Act as a key financial partner across the business, offering insights and challenge to support sound commercial decision-making.
