My client is hiring a commercially sharp Buyer (Fresh) to lead key fresh categories across their dynamic retail, wholesale, and foodservice business.
The Role:
- You’ll take charge of supplier relationships, promotions, and range strategy—maximising sales and margin across defined fresh food categories. This role is all about balancing commercial success with product availability, working closely with supply chain and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product availability and stock levels in line with business targets
- Develop new initiatives and areas of business which will drive sales
