KiddyKare is currently recruiting a proactive Nursery Practitioner for an established nursery in Henley. This is a permanent, full-time role within a friendly team.

The nursery operates 51 weeks per year, based on a 40-hour week.

The Job Role
  • Assist and support the nursery staff in daily management and operations.
  • Lead the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Ensure all children receive high-quality care, are kept safe, and enjoy rich, stimulating play experiences.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements related to EYFS, safeguarding, SEND, Health and Safety, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the lunchtime routines across all childcare rooms for smooth operation.
Personal Specification
  • At least 1 year of experience working within childcare.
  • Genuine understanding of and commitment to the nursery’s aims and values.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships with parents.
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualification or higher in childcare.
