This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ. We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Marketplace Specialist to join our Digital Commercial Growth team. You will manage external marketplaces like Amazon, driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility during a period of significant digital investment.
You will serve as the main contact for marketplaces, integrators, and internal teams, responsible for:
- Account health, operational excellence, and sales growth.
- Managing a portfolio of Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, OZ Sale, etc.) to drive sustainable growth.
- Monitoring account performance, acquiring and submitting paperwork, and providing operational support.
- Uploading products ensuring accuracy and relevance of paperwork.
- Understanding Amazon platform integration to address issues efficiently.
- Creating and managing brand stores, A+ pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring accurate product launches with correct pricing, images, copy, navigation, and stock feed.
- Optimizing product content to increase visibility and analysing the competitive landscape.
- Building relationships with marketplace agencies.
- Planning and executing PPC advertising campaigns to increase visibility and traffic.
- Producing business insights using analytical tools to interpret performance data.
- Staying updated on marketplace features to enhance product visibility.
- Managing projects like launching new marketplace channels.
