Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-enabled liquidity platform and advisor focused on providing liquidity solutions to LPs and GPs in the private equity secondaries market. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Associate to join our Deal Team. This is a full-time remote role for candidates with 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth Fintech environment. Strong financial modeling skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated interest or experience in the secondaries space are key, and a CFA qualification is preferred. This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Job Description:
- Support senior management across the full deal lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, execution, and portfolio monitoring.
- Assist in business development and sourcing efforts, including screening new opportunities, market mapping, and identifying strategic entry points.
- Take ownership of financial modeling and investment analysis across private equity, private credit, and real estate/infrastructure secondaries.
- Conduct sector, market, and thematic research to inform investment theses and support strategic decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with the technology, product, and legal teams to structure and present investment opportunities.
- Prepare materials for IC meetings, management reporting, LP updates, and strategic presentations.
