Hours:
Full-time, 9-6pm, 5 days a week (flexible hours alongside one other staff member)

Role: Centre & Community Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational excellence, oversee facilities, and lead the team
- Provide HR support and manage client relationships
- Assist with finance support, reporting, and contract administration
- Deliver high-level customer service to support client needs
- Manage revenue, budgeting, P&L, billing, and debt chasing
- Implement health & safety measures and operational improvements
- Handle client contracts, terms & conditions, and system requests
- Oversee facilities management and tendering processes
- Perform basic HR functions
- Support events and community activities within the building
- Line manage an Assistant Community Centre Manager
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years\’ experience in front-of-house roles
- Line management experience is essential
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Energetic, motivated, with a positive leadership style
- Experience with P&L and budgets is advantageous but not mandatory
