Location: London/Stockport (Hybrid working)

Allen & York is working with a leading global organisation providing risk and assurance services to a variety of clients.

We are seeking a solution-oriented Senior Consultant to join our Transactions & Business Advisory team, supporting clients through their energy transition journey, especially focusing on due diligence for M&A project financing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in engineering or scientific disciplines, with significant technical asset integrity experience and practical knowledge of due diligence processes. Excellent communication skills are essential to explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients and stakeholders. The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment is vital.
