Our client, a leading agency based in London, is seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join their team in London.

The position is based in an office in London with a hybrid work model and offers a salary of up to £65k, depending on experience, along with benefits and a generous holiday allowance.

You will have full ownership of the CRM strategy for the agency, focusing on both acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for execution and may have the opportunity to build and lead a team in the future.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders. While B2B experience is not mandatory, the role will be primarily B2B focused.
