The Solutions Development Executive - Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) will strategically pursue new ALM enterprise customers within a range of key industries in both local and international UK Based customers. The role focuses on new customer acquisition and building deep customer relationships, delivering tailored Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions to meet complex customer needs.
Your role in our mission:
- Leading the UK ALM Sales Strategy within a defined book of enterprise accounts developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to prospect and cultivate new ALM business opportunities to achieve individual new logo sales quota within Iron Mountain's UK Account client base.
- Create and deliver a clear regional sales plan and strategy that aligns to target achievement and which includes sales initiatives and leadership buy-in.
- Leverage industry expertise, personal networks, and business development skills to uncover new opportunities, establishing strong and consultative relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Lead complex solution development to create customized, value-driven ALM strategies that align with customer goals.
- Drive end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification through close and ongoing contract activation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and maximize business opportunities.
- Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new partnerships and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional sales and leadership teams across sales, marketing, product, & operations to deliver exceptional service & value to clients.
- Lead negotiation of client service contracts and SLAs, negotiating internally and externally to maximize value for IRM and its clients.
Valued skills and experience:
- Substantial experience and a successful track record of selling IT solutions to senior executives.
- Strong background and knowledge of Hardware Asset Management, business process / workflow enablement, and ITAD sales process.
- Deep ALM industry experience and existing relationships with ITAD buyers and key stakeholders in priority enterprise verticals.
- Experience proactively identifying, solutioning, and selling complex IT services into large multi-stakeholder customer environments.
- Demonstrated success managing a book of business, breaking into new accounts, and consistently developing and closing high value opportunities.
