Fortress Safety is a rapidly growing organisation, headquartered in Wolverhampton. Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are on the lookout for an experienced and ambitious HR Coordinator.
If you are you a passionate about a career in HR, have an eye for detail – always looking to improve a process, with an interest in data and how it can be used to make informed people decisions, then this could be the perfect role for you!
As HR Coordinator with Fortress Safety, you will play an integral role in supporting work across the whole HR lifecycle, from Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, People Systems & Data, L&D and Communications and Engagement.
You will have experience working as an HR Coordinator in a fast paced environment and have experience in working with Workday.
You will also be an excellent communicator, organised and a self starter who is able to build excellent stakeholder relationships.

We also offer flexibility with hybrid working and an expectation that you will spend 3 days a week in our Wolverhampton office.
