We’re on the lookout for experienced Hospitality Waiting & Bar Staff to join our team at the iconic Principality Stadium in Cardiff. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience in premium hospitality settings
- Welcoming and engaging with VIP guests throughout the event
- Taking food & beverage orders and serving with efficiency and style
- Clearing tables and maintaining immaculate presentation standards
- Restocking and maintaining bar/lounge cleanliness throughout the event
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to fulfil guest requests seamlessly
About You:
- Must be 18+ (due to alcohol service)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospitality or bar setting (VIP/corporate experience a plus)
- Polished, professional, and confident in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent service
- Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to work on your feet and stay composed under pressure
