Falmouth Fairfax are working with an exceptionally successful high-end residential design and project management business with a portfolio of luxury developments across the globe. Due to further growth and a solid pipeline of client work, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
The Project Manager will be joining a business with an exceptional reputation and will contribute to overseeing the cradle to grave development cycle of their high-end residential and hotel projects. Schemes cover the full range of new build, existing asset cut and carve, refurbishment and extensions in the UK, mainland Europe and the UAE with construction costs between c.£5 million and £20 million.
The company works closely with their clients from initial feasibility advice and asset strategy through design, planning, appointing and managing the external consultant and construction teams through to FF&E completion.
The role will report into the Head of Project Management and they are looking for a proactive individual who has experience in the technical management (CA) of projects across the RIBA cycle under JCT D&B and FIDIC contracts.
- MRICS / MAPM preferable but not essential
- BSc in Project Management or related field
- Circa 5 years’ experience in development focused primarily on high-end / luxury residential projects
- Experience in JCT (FIDIC advantageous) contract set up, consultant and contractor team management
- Leading the master programme (MS Project) and project through to completion
- Knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policy
- Ability to use Smartsheet’s and Excel
- Good stakeholder management experience with strong written, interpersonal and time management skills
