As a Solicitor in the Professional Indemnity team, you will:
- Manage Caseload: Handle a variety of professional indemnity claims independently.
- Assist Lead Partners: Support lead partners with high-value and multi-party claims.
- Document Review: Review documents and prepare concise, accurate reports.
- Proactive Case Management: Take charge of your own caseload with a proactive approach.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with insured parties and insurers.
- Disclosure Handling: Manage disclosure processes and review evidence meticulously.
- Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations and instruct Counsel/Experts as needed.
- Legal Research: Perform detailed legal research and draft necessary documents.
- Court and Conferences: Attend conferences and trials with Counsel, managing routine correspondence and court appointments.
- Mediations and Adjudications: Participate actively in mediations and adjudications.
What you'll need to succeed:
