Our diverse and multi-cultural APJC Global Enterprise Sales Team is seeking a talented and passionate Global Account Manager. The role will be critical in leading the Cisco relationship with some of Cisco’s top Global Customers across EMEA. We are looking for a dedicated and tenacious Global Account Manager to continue to drive growth across the accounts, partner with Global teams, and develop propositions and solutions to support our customers with their business and technology strategies.
Your Impact
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work within an extended team to execute a sales strategy, manage large complex deals, and communicate the business value of IT solutions to C-suite and business leaders. Strong experience with the full Cisco portfolio is essential, along with a detailed understanding of our Services capabilities and consumption models.
What You’ll Do
- Focus on an outstanding client experience and become their trusted advisor
- Develop and maintain key client relationships across IT and their lines of business
- Own, develop, and lead the Cisco Account Management Business Plan
- Plan and implement your sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets, achievements, and timescales
- Work alongside an extended global sales team and specialist teams
- Deliver accurate pipeline and forecast management
- Lead and manage global virtual teams
Minimum Required Experience:
- Experience in a similar sales or account management role
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and varied stakeholder management
- Clear understanding of value-based customer engagement and lifecycle services
- Managing and orchestrating matrixed and overlay sales teams to deliver objectives
- Successful track record of growing market share and displacing competitors
