We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Practitioner for the role of Head of Leadership & Organization Development. You will design and facilitate impactful interventions to support senior leadership teams, increase performance, and shape culture. This role involves connecting with clients’ businesses, facilitating team journeys, supporting leadership initiatives, and executive coaching.
Your contribution:
- Leading our internal consultant team
- Translating customer needs into leadership interventions and programs
- Designing customized leadership development programs
- Creating new programs and organizational interventions
- Building relationships with clients
- Co-creating leadership development journeys
- Applying organizational change management tools
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master’s preferred
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders
