We are seeking a passionate, creative, tech-savvy, and highly motivated individual to join the EMEA Clienteling team. Clienteling is a core focus for the brand, playing a pivotal role in driving customer loyalty and fueling business growth. The EMEA Clienteling Team is rapidly expanding, setting a global standard for fostering genuine one-to-one relationships between Sales Associates and clients, enhancing top client retention, and growing the VIC client base through high-net-worth acquisition strategies. Working in the UK office, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing the Omnichannel Clienteling strategy, managing a junior associate, and collaborating with all internal stakeholders. The candidate should have proven experience in Omnichannel Clienteling strategic development—from inception to implementation—expanding from brick-and-mortar stores to E-commerce, Concessions, and Outlets, supported by strong project management and organizational skills. Reporting to the Senior Clienteling Manager, your key responsibilities include: Lead Omnichannel Strategic Planning Strategy Development: Support the creation of long-term strategies and roadmaps across all channels, collaborating with key stakeholders. Project Management: Oversee the development and rollout of these strategies across channels (Ralph Lauren Concessions, Outlets & E-commerce). Performance Tracking: Work with the Commercial Manager to monitor KPIs of Clienteling initiatives, evaluate performance, and optimize ROI. Data Collaboration: Partner with the Data Insights team to develop reports and analyses supporting strategic decisions. Business Development: Identify new opportunities within Omnichannel Clienteling to grow the Elite client base. Strategy Implementation: Manage the entire process of developing, executing, and launching omnichannel client engagement strategies. Organization & Documentation: Ensure meticulous management of project details, documentation, and timelines, integrating technology effectively. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and communication. Timeline & Budget: Drive projects to meet deadlines and stay within budget, ensuring quality outcomes. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Address challenges proactively and seek process enhancements. Drive Digital Excellence and Tools Innovation Project Planning: Define requirements to enhance existing Clienteling tools for better performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT on new solutions and tool development, including asset management. Process Optimization: Challenge and improve current workflows for efficiency. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends and innovations, sharing insights internally. Team Management Support the development of direct reports through targeted learning and regular feedback sessions. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Proven success in project and team management. Highly organized with strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, problem-solving environment. Good analytical skills, with experience in interpreting Clienteling reports and KPIs, managing budgets, and tracking expenses. Creative thinker with proactive approach to new ideas.
