TEC Partners are currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team. This role will be based in our Reading office, located in the town centre near the train station.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively promote TEC Partners to win new business and secure new jobs.
2. Provide excellent customer service to Candidates & Clients to build strong relationships.
3. Organise, communicate, and be consultative through interview processes with candidates and clients.
4. Utilise candidate databases to match individuals to client vacancies.
5. Apply sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract clients.
