As a Field Applications Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engineering excellence with a focus on relays and high-power contactors. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to understand their specific technical needs and develop tailored, often customised solutions using their product range.

A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred, as this role demands a strong technical foundation in electricity, thermals, and product design. Nonetheless, we will also consider candidates with a degree in another relevant engineering field.

In this position, you will work closely with customers, so it is essential to have significant experience and in-depth knowledge of contactors and relays. The successful candidate will possess several years of practical industry experience with contactors and relays in a related field, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.

The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in the office and two days per week working from home. You will undergo a structured training program to gain a thorough understanding of the company and our products before progressing to customer meetings and project leadership.

This role is looking for:

  • A degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification within this field.
  • Experience delivering technical solutions for a wide range of customers.
  • Several years of experience within a relevant industry.
  • Experience working with contactors and relays.
