Future is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our UX Design team, where you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to create and support Future’s digital products and proprietary technology. You will be passionate about creating excellent customer experiences and detailed crafted user interfaces that meet user needs and connect our customers to their interests.
Reporting to the UX Design Lead, you will define and lead UX strategy on projects, shaping new products and feature solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technical capabilities. You will represent design expertise throughout the entire process – from facilitating workshops and conducting user interviews to concept sketching, wireframing, prototyping, testing your ideas, and managing these through to development and implementation.
The role involves conducting various UX research techniques, including planning and facilitating sessions with tools like Miro, conducting user testing with protocols and guides, setting up A/B tests, analyzing findings, and using tools like GA and Analytics to derive insights.
In design, you will create and maintain user interfaces, design systems, and style guides using Figma, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines while understanding the limitations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will stay up-to-date with the latest UX best practices and developments, seeking professional growth.
Experience in online shopping and affiliate marketing design is essential, along with industry trend awareness. Your expertise will drive user-centric design solutions with a focus on innovation and optimization. As a Senior UX Designer, you will also guide and mentor other designers, providing feedback to support their development.
