My client is a market leader in developing wireless condition checking technology, used worldwide across various labour sectors. They are seeking a highly-skilled Embedded Linux Software Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, potentially mentoring junior engineers.
  • Design with low-power consumption in mind for Battery and Solar-powered devices.
  • Develop firmware components for products in an Embedded Linux environment.
  • Prepare technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills required:

  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience developing firmware for Embedded Linux or RTOS using C.
  • Knowledge of power management and clocking systems in modern 32-bit microcontroller architectures.
  • Experience debugging hardware using test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
