AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) working in cooperation with our client Ryanair are inviting applications for an Engineering Station Manager to lead our largest and busiest engineering base at London Stansted Airport. This is a high-profile role with strategic and operational responsibility for a team of over 200 Engineers and Mechanics, supporting a fleet of 60 night-stopping aircraft in a fast-paced, 24/7 maintenance environment.
As the Engineering Station Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance across all maintenance operations. This is a challenging and dynamic leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, people management experience, and a solid background in aircraft maintenance and engineering.
With a current fleet of 615+ aircraft and a growth plan to expand to 800 a/c within the next 10 years, including the introduction of 300 new Boeing 737-MAX 10 a/c, Ryanair offers exceptional career opportunities and progression within the industry.
Requirements:- Proven experience in an aviation maintenance leadership role (e.g., Station Manager, Base Maintenance Manager, or similar).
- Extensive knowledge of EASA/UK CAA Part-145 regulations and aircraft maintenance practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Flexible, hands-on approach to leadership.
- Aircraft Maintenance License (B1/B2) is desirable but not essential.
