With the demand for flat share rentals and affordable living rising rapidly in the United Kingdom, we have capitalised on this opportunity and are now looking for a confident Sales Caller to join our motivated team. This role offers the opportunity to work for one of the UK’s premier and fastest-growing flat share agencies.

Your role will begin with a tailored training programme.

The Role

The objective of the role is to book as many viewing appointments as possible for our on-the-ground sales team, which includes:

• Calling estate agents and homeowners in the UK, offering our rental/management services
• Organising viewing appointments for our sales team to attend properties
• Following up on leads to organise viewings

Place of work

Remote – the candidate can work from home or any location that enables optimal results for this role.

Candidate qualities:

• Basic knowledge of the UK property market
• Excellent English language skills
• Very well spoken with good phone manners
• Motivated to earn commissions
• Willing to learn new skills
• Calm and professional demeanor
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stay calm under pressure

Package

£500.00 basic salary per month
£50.00 for each appointment booked
Target: 35 viewings per month
OTE: £27,000.00 per annum
