MARKET INTELLIGENCE INTERNATIONAL (Market ii) is a leading international market research company specialising in helping organisations improve customer experience and retention whilst increasing operational efficiency and service quality. With offices in London and Boston, we work with global organisations (mainly B2B) such as Ricoh, Boston Scientific, Hologic & Hitachi to help them better understand their customers’ valued insight.
Working through various channels of customer feedback (Web, Phone, email, SMS, QR) in over 25 languages, we turn insight into reliable and actionable deliverables via online reporting, onsite workshops, presentations and consulting. This is initially a 1-year post and we are looking for a motivated individual with a strong academic background to become part of a multicultural, brilliant and fun team. For the successful candidate, we will help nurture and provide a clear career path to then potentially develop and promote within our organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing your data analysis skills and understanding of the customer insight gained for our clients.
- We will help you develop skills and best practice in critical thinking, data analysis, project management and client account management.
- You will learn how to manage multiple projects against set and ongoing timelines.
- Enable you to develop client relationship skills, improve your Excel and BI tool learning and flourish into a critical member of our team.
- Learning and developing how to deliver high-quality reports within agreed timescales.
- Supporting Account and Project teams with analysis, report production and help liaise between the teams and the co-ordination of deliverables.
The ideal candidate:
- An inquisitive, open-minded and pro-active mindset.
- Graduated within the last 2 years.
- Worked on and mature in your workshop presenting abilities.
- Happy to delve into data and discuss findings.
- Taking data, narrative and insight and turning it into a meaningful story.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage workloads.
- Have good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint and ideally some experience of reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, SPSS.
- Mind-set of working on ongoing programs not just project-based ones.
- Numerate & analytical, able to delve into detail but understand the strategic view.
- Thorough, methodical, logical and process driven.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
