ISS Supply Chain & Procurement is undergoing a major transformation, shifting from a traditionally savings-driven, inward-facing function to one that delivers true strategic value across the entire outsourcing contract lifecycle—spanning bid, transition, and operational phases. Central to this transformation is the Business Partnering function, which acts as the key enabler of this change and is led by the Head of Procurement Business Partnering.

This is a high-profile senior leadership role, sitting at the core of the Supply Chain & Procurement leadership team and working alongside peers to help shape the future of ISS. The position offers outstanding visibility across the business, with a chance to influence how ISS operates at both a strategic and operational level. It's a role that demands a balance of vision, leadership, and execution, managing the pressures and complexities of three distinct teams while ensuring the business is set up to win and successfully deliver in competitive bid environments and time-sensitive mobilisations.

As a vital part of ISS’s future, this role is instrumental in building the next generation of procurement business partners and embedding them into the heart of the business through the TOP (The One Procurement) model. It's not only a pivotal role in the current transformation journey but also a platform for significant growth, influence, and professional recognition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support bid development with commercial team to ensure accurate, high-quality proposals
  • Lead mobilisation of large contract wins through to go-live
  • Manage procurement business partners across accounts, ensuring performance and alignment
  • Provide strong leadership across three distinct teams, focusing on delegation not just delivery
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with commercial, account, SC&P, clients and KADs
  • Demanding but rewarding role, central to sales propositions and business growth
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Strong people management skills
  • Extensive supply chain and procurement experience
  • FM/service industry experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across teams
