Responsibilities

Lead efforts to market Werfen’s total value to strategic and corporate accounts. Partner with Corporate Accounts and Strategic Accounts teams to understand the needs of their unique customers and deliver bespoke campaigns and marketing tools that go beyond our individual business units.

Key Accountabilities

  • Align with Corporate Account Directors (CADs) to craft marketing plans for top opportunities and customers (Commercial Labs, Health Systems, Donor Centers, and GPOs).
  • Develop strategy and drive execution of targeted omnichannel marketing programs for large customers, including education campaigns, field events, user groups, industry events and tradeshows, webinars, digital, and PR.
  • Establish and deliver customized marketing campaigns for our largest customers – i.e., patient awareness programs.
  • Work with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and support account management teams.
  • Utilize metrics and data to track and optimize results of custom programs rolled out at the customer level.
  • Assist CADs with business reviews, presentations, customer visits, and campaigns.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the health care industry required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in Corporate Accounts marketing role.

Management has the discretion of substituting relevant work experience for a degree and/or making exceptions to the requirements for years of experience.
